House from the 90s/2000s that, after years of being unused, has undergone a total remodeling.
All the surroundings of the house form an extensive and beautiful Mediterranean-style garden but adapted to new trends in gardening, with combinations of grasses and flowering species fully adapted to the climate of Mallorca.
It has well-differentiated areas both oriented to the enjoyment of the garden and to the planting of varied fruit trees.

The Teucrium, Erigeron, Pitosporum 'nana', Limonium p., Romero rastero and the Stipa are some of the chosen species whose predominant color is purple and the range of greens, all of them with low water needs.
